Hello to all our Italian fans.
I just wanted to write to you in order clear a few things up. We're aware that some of you are quite rightly upset and confused that we will be appearing in the Uk this week but will not be making it out to I-Day Festival next week.

I am currently benefitting from 4 days vocal rest and a high dosage of medication in order to help me complete as many of our commitments as possible.
Unfortunately, for us as well as for you, i am pencilled in for another operation on my throat next week and so i will most likely be lying on a hospital bed when i should be standing on I-Day Festival.
As i said last week, no gig takes priority over any other and it makes us just as angry and upset that we will be missing out on the opportunity to play in italy this time around. this is simply a matter of timing and the longer we leave this, the bigger the problem will become.
If i could have had the operation this week, we would have cancelled anything that stood in its way in the Uk too. I can assure you that if i am indeed operated on next week and we do fail to appear, we will be in Italy to play for you all as soon as possible.
We cant wait. Thank you for your patience, understanding and loyalty.

Dipende molto da come canti. Se canti di gola e tendi ad urlare pure, con un concerto dietro l'altro per la promozione del disco i problemi ce li puoi avere tranquillamente subito, o anche col tempo (Liam ad esempio).
