TOPIC NOSTALGIA
per curiosità ho fatto un piccolo elenco delle canzoni - album e b-sides - che gli oasis non hanno mai o quasi mai suonato live... di alcune direte: "meglio!" , altre sono improponibili (vedi idler's dream per esempio), ma altre sono vere e proprie perle che forse non avremo mai più l'occasione di ascoltare in un concerto (per quanto le possibilità che facessero qualcuna di queste fossero molto scarse...):

prendiamo poi l'ultimo album... di 14 inediti tra album e b-sides, ne hanno suonate solo 6! cioè, sono poche, no? e non mi pare che fossero canzoni inadatte per i live...

non so, a me è venuto in mente il confronto con i Radiohead, che hanno sempre suonato quasi tutte le canzoni dei loro album, soprattutto nell'ultimo tour ai concerti suonavano quasi tutto (o tutto) In Rainbows... è come se gli Oasis non abbiano creduto nelle canzoni che hanno composto... o è stata semplicemente pigrizia? fatto sta che forse rimpiangeremo per sempre di non aver sentito alcuni di questi capolavori...

edit: tra l'altro lo "schema" canzoni suonate/non suonate di DOYS (b-sides a parte) è perfettamente simmetrico

sì ma love like a bomb l'hanno fatta al madison square garden e in qualche altra data del tour 2005/2006 e guess god thinks i'm abel l'hanno fatta anche a roma lol

non ho controllato tutte le date, ma mi sembrava di ricordare che non fossero fisse in scaletta, poi magari sbaglio

anche rockin' chair venne eseguita mi sembra il 02.10.1995 a Blackpool e nella successiva data di Bournemouth ma non ne sono sicuro

e sunday morning call nel tour di Standing in Giappone nel marzo del 2000
