The Libertines to release new album next month

Band to release Best Of - and NME.COM has the tracklisting

NME.COM can exclusively reveal that The Libertines will release a 'best of' compilation album next month - and we have managed to get hold of full details of the record's tracklisting.

The album will be called 'Time For Heroes - The Best Of The Libertines' and will be released on October 29.

The full tracklisting is:

nessuno ha l'album degli Yeti?
per chi non lo sapesse è il gruppo fondato dall'ex bassista dei libertines John Hassal. gli oasis se li sono portati in tour lo scorso anno e noel ne ha sempre parlato benissimo. l'abum è uscito solo in giappone il 29 agosto (ma cazzo in rete si dovrebbe trovare comunque).

Dirty Pretty Things... Forse Carl si è stufato di sentire questo nome. Questo è quanto trapela da un'intervista rilasciata dall'ex-libertino (ancora per quanto?) al Daily Mail.

"Abbiamo del lavoro da finire". Così Barat ha fatto intendere che una riunione dei Libertines è ben altro che impossibile.

"La nostra riunione sul palco del Hackney Empire lo scorso anno mi ha ricordato quanto grandi fossimo insieme. Ci riuniremo? Forse... E' una domanda che mi perseguita. Quando qualcuno mi chiede se i Libertines si riuniranno in futuro vorrei rispondere dicendo 'pensi che non ci abbia pensato ogni giorno?' ".
"Mi manca - continua Carl - la purezza di quello che io e Pete eravamo insieme quando abbiamo iniziato. Sarebbe bello riaverla. Pete mi ha sempre detto, 'Immagina tutte le canzoni che ancora dobbiamo scrivere'. Quel pensiero è sempre con me".
