MANDO DIAO in the studio – new album due in September!
Mando Diao was one of the most successful Swedish bands in the world last year, 2005. A few weeks ago they entered a 13 square meter studio, just outside Stockholm, to record their 3rd album.
Their debut â€Bring ’Em In†as well as their follow-up â€Hurricane Bar†was awarded various prizes and Gold records all over the world. The band toured extensively on the back of both albums in Europe, Japan and the U.S.A. For instance they played more than 140 gigs last year (ads up to an audience of 500.000 people!).
Their latest German tour sold out in one week and they were voted Best Band, Best Live Act, Best Album, Best Single and Best Hype of the year 2005 by the readers of the prestigious Visions Magazine. Also Musikexpress Magazine voted Mando Diao: Band Of The Year and Live Act Of The Year.
Mando Diao’s third album is due out in September. It will be produced by Mando Diao, mixed by Owen Morris (producer of Oasis, The Verve, New Order etc) and mastered by Tim Young (Robbie Williams).

Ultimamente ho ascoltato Bring 'Em In e devo dire che è davvero bello, non c'è una canzone che non mi piaccia!
