The 51st annual ceremony took place at London's Grosvenor House Hotel, and saw the Kaisers claim the Best Album prize for their debut effort 'Employment'.
New Order were honoured in the Outstanding Song Collection category, while other winners were Athlete, Gorillaz pair Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett and James Blunt, who claimed two prizes.
Coldplay, who had three nominations, and Arctic Monkeys were among the acts who missed out on a prize.
