Alright, this is the third time I've seen Oasis on this tour, and all I can say is Red Rocks was incredible. It's my home venue since I live in downtown Denver, and it was absolutely breath taking. First of all, Red Rocks was either sold out or very near capacity. The crowd was easily 10 times what the crowd was at the House of Blues in Vegas last Thursday (which was also a phenomenal show, of course)! And Red Rocks is just amazing. So, what made this show so special? Check this out...
The brothers Gallagher were having sooooo much fun up there. The uniqueness of Red Rocks and the giant "red rocks" that surround the entire venue had them thrilled. They both spoke with the crowd. A lot. Much more than usual. Liam even gave out 4 (yes, four!!!) tambourines. During "My Generation" Liam even invited audience members on stage to rock out with the band. How unheard of is that?! So anyway, before Acquiesce, Liam says, "this song is dedicated to that F***ing rock and that rock right there." As he points at the giant rock walls on either side of the venue. Noel introduced "The Importance of Being Idle" as the "Last best song I've ever written." It was hilarious. Liam of course dedicated "Live Forever" to New Orleans (he's been doing this every show since Katrina), and then before "Mucky Fingers" Noel apparently went nuts. He says to the crowd, "Who lives here at Red Rocks, aye? Who f***in' lives here? Anyone live at Red Rocks? Who lives at Tiny Town? Anyone from Tiny Town? Somebody's gotta live there. It's probably full of all these short littl' people, innit it? This next song is dedicated to the midgets from Tiny Town." Finally, before, "Don't Look Back in Anger" Noel says, "I haven't sang the first chorus to this song in over 5 years, so you cowboys better not mess it up." Then during the song right before the chorus, Noel says, "alright, sing it cowboys!" and the crowd belted out the chorus. It was perfect. They were having so much fun from the great audience and venue.
The most touching moment of the evening, however, and the proof that the Gallaghers were really truly loving the evening and the crowd was during "Don't Look Back in Anger." During the final, solo, 'don't look back in anger, don't look back in anger...I heard ya say...least not today' Noel paused before "least not today" and actually looked over at Liam and said, "Happy birthday Liam." It was the most brotherly thing I've ever seen them do in public. Noel meant it, and he was sincere. So then before "My Generation," Liam comes back on stage and said something like, "What the f*** are you doin'? You must be knackered to say somethin' like that in public, aye? True thanks though, mate." It was awesome! Then they rocked "My Generation" it was great.
Oh yeah, and not to brag or anything, but I actually actually really did meet Oasis tonight. Everyone except Gem and Andy. See, Red Rocks has a sound booth right in the center around rows 10-15, and I was right next to the sound booth. There is an underground tunnel that goes from the sound booth to the stage, and during Jet and Kasabian's sets, first Jay came out, I told him he rocked in Vegas and he said thanks and shook my hand. Next Noel came out, but I missed him the first time because he ducked back into the tunnel before I could say anything. Luckily he came back out with Liam to watch Jet a little and I was able to get both of their attentions and I shook both their hands and Liam gave me a thumbs up!! Finally, Zak came out to watch jet and was equally nice and shook my hand, it rocked. I've been waiting a decade for my dream concert of Oasis and Red Rocks, and a dream concert it was. Brilliant.

ive never seen Liam so animated ever, he was dancing around so much..
my favorite was when noel dedicated a song to "ALL U #### COWBOYS"
and also some people in the front of the crowd had a big sign saying "Happy birthday Liam" ... liam dedicated Wonderwall to "All the beautiful ladies i'm seeing here, and he pointed at some girls in the crowd i think... let me tell you this venue was PACKED with nice lookin ladies..
